Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Greeting us just as we stood in line and we were seated immediately. They also offered us a little more extra space as I am bigger in size and giving us an extra chair for us to put our big bags so that we can dine comfortably. The food was prepared promptly and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I always look forward to their monthly specials and we had a laugh at their jumbo mentai ebi and their jumbo takoyaki ball. The beef with garlic chili was so good that we ordered seconds. Something that the management could improve on are bins for the wasabi packs and tissues. We usually found ourselves not knowing where to put or throw them as we prepare our condiments. Overall, we had a great meal today. Thank you!

The service rendered by Amy and Zi Xuan is really commendable! The quality and standard of service were outstanding, and the food was served within the reasonable timeframe. Will definitely be back at this outlet again!!

Food is just alright, i guess. Don't bother with the warabi mochi. It's terrible. Got reminded of why i never bothered with Genki. But the worst thing was the service. It was quite difficult to get anyone's attention. And sitting squished with others at the bar table did not help any. The person who came in after us and sat next to me kept hitting my chair. :( Would rather go for the other conveyer belt Japanese chains...

I would like to compliment Cindy for her outstanding service. She was attentive and friendly, making sure my drink was refilled promptly and even helping with mayonnaise and other requests without hesitation. Her warm attitude and efficiency made my dining experience much more enjoyable. Cindy truly went the extra mile, and I appreciate her dedication to great customer service.

Sally was superb in providing her service to us. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, always with a friendly and positive attitude. We really appreciated her effort and would gladly work with her again.
