Finally got to try Chick-fil-A and I was impressed! The chicken burger was very tender and juicy, even though it was made with chicken breast fillet. The chicken was well-seasoned, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The staff were also friendly and patient, making the experience even better. Really enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back again!

Chick-fil-A at Bugis+ was something I was genuinely excited to try again. I first had it years ago in LA, and it instantly became one of my favourite fast food chicken sandwich chains, which says a lot because I don’t usually care much for burgers or sandwiches. Seeing it open here with all the buzz around its Asia debut made the visit even more interesting. What stood out was the service. The local operator was on the ground, greeting guests politely and clearly leading with passion, and the team was great too. I visited late in the evening when there wasn’t much of a queue, though it’s usually packed. I had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo with waffle fries, and it was served hot, fresh and really satisfying. The fries with the signature sauce made it even better. Definitely a strong fast food treat.

Went on a Weekday lunch when it was less crowded however there’s still a queue but it was moving pretty fast. Loved the service, the burgers and the assortment of sauces! Only one thing is that the chicken nuggets were abit too salty. Other than that, price point is very reasonable as well.

The Q went quite fast. Staff is very friendly the food is fine but nothing exceptional, prices are a bit higher then other fastfood places I feel. Happy I gave it a try, would probably go again if it is more readily available and without a Q.

Visited at 3pm on a Friday, about 10 pax in queue but was seated in 5mins. Good queue management, they write your name and group size on a card and place it on a vacated table, so your seats are secured without hassle while you order at the counter/kiosk. I tried the deluxe sandwich - it was great. Patty was hearty and juicy without being too oily, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and firm, cheese pull was a nice surprise; buns were a little on the soft side. Waffle fries were nice too. Tried 4 sauces: I liked the sriracha, chick-fil-a and spicy chilli ones, but didn't fancy the ranch as much. The staff were very polite and upbeat, atmosphere wasn't noisy despite being full house. It was a lovely visit, really different vibe for a fast food place.
