Had Hazelnut Royaltine with latte. Very smooth rich taste. The atmosphere is vey relaxed and chilled. Love the coffee so much that I bought the instant coffee pods. A bit pricy but good to have a ready good cup of coffee when you do not have time to go to a cafe. The server was very kind to suggest the special offering for the purchases.
View on GoogleReally love the vibe of this cafe. The interior is very nice and background music suits the place. I bought 2 speciality coffee. Dirty Nana and Quatrime. Quatrime (3/5) : it pretty tatse like blackcurrant juice. Hardly tasted the coffee but I guess, that's how it should be considering the beans used were supposyto taste like berry as well. Dirty Nana (5/5): this is extremely good. The best coffee fusion I have ever tasted. The drink felt heavy and i could taste the coffee, chocolate and banana so well. Will definitely come again to try the other drinks!!
View on GoogleLovely spot for a rainy weekend coffee. The café has a nice relaxed atmosphere, and the specialty drinks were creative without feeling too over the top. I tried a few of their signature coffees, and each had its own character — refreshing, layered, and nicely balanced. The presentation was also very pretty, great for photos but still felt casual and real. A nice place to sit down, slow down, and enjoy something different from the usual coffee order.
View on GoogleMy wife came to this café twice already, and I’m really glad she recommended this place to me. The coffee here is excellent. The presentation is beautiful and interesting, but more importantly, the taste is outstanding. I tried the iced americano, and it honestly blew my mind. We initially thought it would just be a normal americano with ice cubes, but it was far beyond our expectations. The coffee was thick and rich, with strong nutty and charcoal-roasted aromas. Even with the ice, the flavour wasn’t diluted at all. The light layer of foam on top added even more depth to the drink, and the whole cup remained unsweetened yet full of character and sincerity. Their cold brew is also very good, especially the flavoured versions. The “Shang Shang Qian” that we ordered was amazing — the sparkling water and ginger brightened the palate, while the beetroot added a vivid natural red colour that made the drink look gorgeous. The matcha latte was great too, especially the latte art created using milk foam. Really very talented work. I truly enjoyed the coffee here. If you happen to be around Fortune Centre, this café is definitely worth trying. I’ll definitely come back again!
View on GoogleCheerful Goat Café — Crawford Arts Centre Cheerful Goat is a new-age, stylish café that takes its coffee seriously — and then some. Their specialty concoctions push boundaries by incorporating ingredients like Lavender, Ginger Flower, Ylang Ylang, Beetroot, and Coconut Water to complement and elevate their coffee blends. They even throw Vodka into the mix, because why not? All I really wanted was a great coffee, and the barista delivered exactly that — topped off with a pretty little latte art to boot. I went with the Cheerful Goat House Blend, known for its chocolatey, caramelised, hazelnutty character. The alternative on offer was a medium-light Ethiopian Guji Shakkisso, more celebrated for its floral and fruity notes — a bag of which was sitting right there on the counter, tempting me. The cup I had was medium-roasted, smooth from first sip to last — no sharp edges, no bitter finish. Just a solid, well-executed coffee in a café that clearly knows what it’s doing. The pastry display looked inviting too — croissants, a Hazelnut Royaltine, and a Yuzu Osmanthus Sponge Cake among others — though on this visit, the coffee was the whole story.
