We live a 2 minute walk from this store and come here regularly. On Sunday we had a terrible experience with the staff member who gave my child a cone which nearly fell off the cone. This cone which usually takes him 20 minutes to finish was finished only a few steps after walking out of the store. I looked and realised she only put a tiny bit of ice cream and NONE in the cone. We have been coming here for two years consistently and this had never happened. I went back to ask why there was no ice cream inside the cone and firstly she said ‘I know I didn’t put it in’ as if this was normal. Then I said this isn’t normal though as we always get it. Then she continued to say she didn’t know English but she was talking absolute rubbish because she had already answered my question before. The ice cream that day was awful too, not creamy as usual but watery and icy. We are all aware of the rising cost of things but the quality and portion size was terrible especially when that’s what they’re known for. If this is how it has declined we will definitely not return. Don’t waste your money.

The Indian Malaysian staff in his early twenties has bad attitude in service line. He lacked of product knowledge for mixue shopee usage. He talked rudely in mandarin to inform me to "look" carefully in the app on the ice-cream redemption branch which I replied that it was correct branch (Mixue 1 Selegie Road - G.R.I.D mall) to redeem. He did not apologise even when he knew he was in the wrong and chose not to admit his mistake. He just passed the ice cream to me without eye contact. Such a lousy customer service experience!

Had a good experience here! The staff were friendly and nice specially Logan ( knew his name alr coz I always go there to buy) . Service was quick, and the drinks were good.

I love You… and You better love be back! My favourite beverage and dessert brand tucked away in a small shop lot at The GR.iD. Staff service was alright, but the ambience wasn’t very nice, just too cramp. Fit 8 pax or more, my straw will say cheers to my neighbour’s drink. For take away, still ok so not a place to dine in unfortunately.

Really nice drinks and ice cream, and are very affordable. Ice cream is more on the milky side and bubble tea pearls aren’t the best but decent compared to more expensive brands.
