12 Sep noon. There was no customer, no one at the counter. I rang the bell and the girl behind didn't respond. Ok maybe busy. Another girl appeared, ignored me and went behind too. I rang it again, both "didn't hear". Can see she wasn't busy. After a while I rang it repeatedly then finally one came out unapologetically to take my order even though she obviously saw me waiting when she came in. Terrible service that makes customers wait for nothing.

Lady staff is polite and constantly telling us which drink got no toppings etc. patient.

Had a Good experience with good customer service. The drinks served was suited to my taste. They listened carefully to my needs, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and offered helpful suggestions that made a real difference. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my experience seamless and enjoyable.

Waited over 20-30min for my simple drink of honey green tea, drink was just sitting there and went on to skip my number a few times. Full timer did not even bother to apologise and still can slowly pack my drink and order like nothing happened

Good and friendly staff. Service 10/10 . Will definitely come back !
