Very nice food with many thoughtful ideas for customers. Chairs have notch to hang handbags and u can drink beer from a wide mouth cup. Food serves in a no nonsense rustic way. Good portion size and taste good. Mutton and Tripe was tender, bryani was good with really long grain rice. Tea was too sweet though I said less sugar . Customer service I Would say very pleasant.

I had a disappointing experience at Nalaa Restaurant. The food was both overpriced and of poor quality. When I raised my concerns with the manager that was so rowdy, their behavior was shockingly rude, showing no respect whatsoever. For the high prices they charge, the food and service are far below expectations. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant!!
