Crowded and cozy with a lively atmosphere, but be prepared for long queues and waiting. I ordered the vegetable biryani, but it didn't quite meet my expectations—the vegetables were too crunchy for a biryani, and the flavors felt average. Good if you're craving Indian vegetarian food, but the experience didn't quite justify the wait.

The food was delicious! Such a busy, vibrant place, and even though there was a queue to get in, we got a table quickly and were looked after well once seated. Went during Diwali so probably extra busy. The food was so tasty, loads of spices and dlacours, I would definitely go back for more.

I’ve visited many branches of Kailash Parbat over the years and it’s always been one of my absolute favourites. Since I’m on vacation in Singapore, I had been trying other restaurants because I’m already familiar with the taste here. But this evening we decided to come for dinner and I’m so glad we did. We ordered the burnt garlic soup, samosa chaat, spicy guava, kokum jeera soda and Schezwan fried rice. Everything was delicious and exactly the consistent quality I expect from Kailash Parbat. A very special mention to Pushpa. She is incredibly sweet, warm and welcoming. She helped us with serving and made the whole experience feel comfortable and personal. Big shout-out to her for the lovely hospitality. Also, I want to sincerely thank her for going above and beyond when I thought I had misplaced my wallet near my hotel. It turned out nothing was missing, but Pushpa immediately stepped in and offered help without hesitation. That level of care truly stands out. If you’re reading this, thank you again, Pushpa. You really made our evening special. Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service. ❤️

I am compelled to leave this review in the interest of consumer awareness and to urge the management to take immediate corrective action. My experience at this establishment fell significantly below the standards that consumers are reasonably entitled to expect from a business operating in Singapore. From the moment I entered, the hospitality was disappointing. The staff's attitude conveyed a lack of professionalism and respect towards customers, creating the impression that customer satisfaction was neither valued nor treated as a priority. The quality of the food was equally concerning. While the portions were comparable to those offered elsewhere, the quality, freshness, taste, and presentation did not justify either the pricing or the reputation of the establishment. More importantly, I observed hygiene concerns within the dining environment that, in my opinion, warrant immediate attention. Food establishments have a duty of care to maintain proper cleanliness and food safety standards, and any deviation from these standards should be treated seriously. I was also surprised to find a service charge levied despite receiving service that fell well below acceptable industry standards. Consumers should not be expected to pay additional charges where the service provided is inadequate. Such practices create the perception of unfair commercial conduct and diminish public confidence. I respectfully call upon the owners and senior management to conduct an independent review of their operational standards, including staff conduct, customer service, food quality, hygiene compliance, and internal quality control procedures. Failure to address these issues may warrant inspection by the relevant Singapore regulatory authorities to ensure continued compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene, and consumer protection requirements. This review reflects my genuine personal experience and is made in good faith for the benefit of other consumers. I sincerely hope the management treats this as an opportunity to improve rather than dismiss legitimate customer feedback. Until meaningful corrective action is taken, I cannot recommend this establishment to others.

Popular delicious vegetarian restaurant featuring variety of India cuisine, great ambience, great crowd and friendly staff. Ordered the pani puti, special vegetarian bryani, battura, garlic naan, palak paneer, masala tea and buttermilk and every single dish is so yummy. Will definitely come again.
