I tried the iftar buffet at Copper Chimney Syed Alwi Road Singapore, and it was a really satisfying spread. There was a nice variety of Indian dishes, and I especially enjoyed seeing items like pani puri, shish tawook, and beetroot hummus on offer. The food felt full of flavour and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

We had a delightful dining experience! Copper Chimney never disappoints me. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Excellent taste, generous portions, and attentive service made the occasion even better. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich, creamy, and seasoned with authentic spices, featuring tender chicken pieces in every bite. The Hakka Garlic Noodles were perfectly cooked, bursting with garlic flavor and truly satisfying. The Gobhi Manchurian was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in a tangy, flavorful sauce. The sweet and salty lemon soda was refreshing and perfectly balanced, making it a great accompaniment to the meal. The masala tea was aromatic, comforting, and ended the meal on a delightful note.

AMAZING!! The Rajasthan and Punjab vegetarian buffet was amazing. Every single dish was delicious, and if you're not sure how to eat them, the friendly staffs are also here to tell you how you can best enjoy them! The flavors are intense, clearly they didn't skimp on any of the spices, and every flavor profile of each dish just makes you want to eat more! From street food to appetizers and mains, and down to the dessert, the variety of food covers quite a lot! I'm sad this is only here for 2 weeks, I would love to come back to this again!

We had agloo gobi and masala tikka chicken with naan ($21.50). Both dishes were very flavourful and delicious. The naans are not too thick which i like. The naans really go very well with north Indian food. The masala tea comes without sugar so we can put the amount we like. The prices are higher in this restaurant e.g garlic naan costs $6.80.
