Spent good and valuable time with my wife for our anniversary dinner and it was worth it. The wagyu beef, seafood and veges was delicious and fresh. The service attended by Omal was just great. He was very attentive to every detail and very friendly. Would definitely return for every special occasion. Love the ambiance too. Thanks wakuwaku for the wonderful dining experience.

Had a birthday celebration at Waku Waku recently, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! The restaurant offers a great selection of meats, perfect for their DIY BBQ setup. As a nice touch, we received 2 complementary drinks along with an introduction to their new drink menu – the new offerings were refreshing and well-crafted. The atmosphere was excellent, with a cozy vibe that’s ideal for small groups. We visited on a weekday, and there was no crowd at all – definitely the best time to plan an intimate gathering without any noise or waiting around. Service was attentive and friendly, and cooking our own food over the BBQ added a fun, interactive element to the celebration. All the dishes we tried were delicious, with fresh ingredients that grilled up perfectly.

It was our first visit to Wakuwaku Yakiniku (Halal), and the food and service was amazing! The meat was very fresh, though the portion of kimchi was a bit small. We were pleasantly surprised when the staff noticed our birthday celebration and played a birthday song while serving a bowl of ice cream — such a thoughtful and lovely gesture from the team.

Wakuwaku delivers a genuinely impressive dining experience, and a big part of that comes down to the people running the floor. Omal in particular stood out for attentive, warm service that never felt intrusive. He was knowledgeable, well-timed, and made the whole meal feel effortless. The Wagyu here is the real draw. The quality is exceptional, with beautifully marbled cuts that are clearly well-sourced and handled with care. Each bite had that rich, buttery depth you want from good Wagyu, without being overdone. If you are looking for a place that gets both the food and the hospitality right, Waku Waku is well worth your time. Will definitely be back.
