Very slow and subpar service. Quite a long wait for anything ordered. My drink order also seemed forgotten and I had to remind the server about it. The curry is quite diluted, sweeter and milder tasting than another murtabak place nearby. The murtabak here is not great. The chicken meat in the murtabak is also spread very unevenly. The overall taste is ok only. For the teh halia, the teh taste is too strong and the halia is weak. It’s quite weird as most places it will be the opposite or overall mild. The food is not worth the carbs and cals and I won’t be back.

🔥 🔥 Murtabak (SGD $8) A true powerhouse and the ultimate salvation for every carb-lover. This legendary spot never misses. • The Crust (5/5): Thin, crispy, and incredibly fragrant. That layered, shattered texture is absolutely spot-on. • The Filling (5/5): The real star. Generous portions of mutton mixed with crisp onions and wispy egg. The spice layers are an absolute flavor bomb! • The Soul Side (5/5): Their signature cucumbers in thick tomato ketchup are the perfect soulmate to the dish. Refreshing and makes the meal feel like a total steal. The Extras: • Curry (4/5): Solid and acceptable, provides a nice savory depth. • Milk Tea (4/5): A bit on the sweeter side, but a classic Mamak pairing. Pro-Tip (less sugar version) “Teh Tarik Kurang Manis" Whether you go for mutton, chicken, or their rare deer meat option, this place fulfills all your Mamak cravings.

Had a good meal here with solid and attentive service. We came in as a group of 6 and were seated right away. The server made recommendations on what and how much to order, and we mostly went with his requests. Both of the curries were delicious, well spiced and seasoned. The biryani was full of flavor and there was a lot of it. All around an enjoyable meal.

Had the Mutton murtabak takeaway. Tasted good even consumed after one hour. Surprised to see that they used banana leave to wrapped the murtabak. The Mutton tasted good. Definitely will tasted even better dinning there.

My first visit .Ordered Beef Murtabak and Teh tarik for breakfast. The Murtabak tasted marvellous with it's crispy , fluffy texture layered with generous portion of tender dried minced beef that was seasoned with spices as well as onion slices too. It was served with cucumber slices in tomato sauce and tasty mixture of curry and dhal .The best murtabak so far for me. Opposite the restaurant is the famous Sultan Mosque complex.
