This Lebanese restaurant, across from the Mosque, is a gem. The food is delicious. We tried the mezza plater (hummus, baba ghanoush, labneh, and fattoush salad); the pastas were very creamy and well-seasoned, and the salad and moussaka were very fresh. The kibbeh arrived at the table very crispy and well-stuffed with minced lamb (delicious), and the Mandi Lamb is indescribably flavorful, succulent, with the meat falling off the bone. All dishes have generous portions. My family and I will definitely return to try more dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive. The only downside is that there are only tables outside, in an open-air setting, which can be a bit awkward on hot days at lunchtime. But I guarantee the food makes up for this inconvenience.
View on GoogleThe food was incredible! Though we ordered only 2 dishes, I think all items on their menu are worth the price 💯 we'll definitely come back, 10/10 would recommend 😁
View on GoogleGreat place to hang as the sun goes down. The markets come to life. The food at this place was really good. Went the safe route with chicken and lamb. The iced tee was really good and the desserts are the best. Make sure you leave room for dessert. Make sure you try the Kanafeh for desert.
View on GoogleI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT !! We had dinner here last night. I asked if they had beef kofta, and although it wasnt on the menu, the staff kindly offered to make it for me since they only had chicken kofta (around $26 or $27). I appreciated the effort at first. However, when the bill came, we were shocked to see it cost $61. There was no prior communication about the price difference, which I think is very important, especially when modifying a dish. Unfortunately, the portion and taste did not justify the cost either. Transparency with pricing would have made a big difference in this experience.
View on GoogleGood for tourist for a different experience. Alfresco dining with a different vibe...good for photos as background is the mosque.. Then many things to buy...
