I really enjoyed my meal at Mavi Turkish Restaurant & Grill. The portions were bigger than I expected, and the overall value felt very good for the quality of the food. The compact air-conditioned indoor dining area was complemented by a few outdoor tables offering an al fresco experience. The establishment's overall appearance was somewhat dilapidated. The staff demonstrated promptness and efficiency in their service, particularly notable from a Filipino staff member. All the dishes we ordered were flavorful. The istanblue kebab featured meats that were tender, with the exception of the lamb, which was slightly gummy. The serving size was ample for sharing. In contrast, the mixed meze platter's serving size seemed small given the price point when compared to similar Turkish restaurants along Haji Lane. The mandi rice was both good and flavorful. The pricing was in line with nearby establishments, though slightly premium. Overall, the experience was pleasant enough to recommend.

The food was awesome! I tried their platter, and everything was delicious — from lamb to chicken. It was actually good for two because they had big servings. Truly, they gave me an overall flavorful gastronomical experience! The service was also great! The one who assisted me was very accommodating and helpful. I was even given a complementary extra rice. The guy was also good, checking on me and other customers for our feedback. The atmosphere was definitely relaxing and very fitting for one to have a hearty meal. The place’s aesthetics also gave off that unique and colorful turkish artistry, which honestly got me to take a look at their menu. Overall, this is a place I would return to if given the chance again.

I ordered the Vegetable Pide and the Vegetable Moussaka, both of which were absolutely delicious. The dishes were served piping hot, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavour without being overly spicy. I also tried their signature balloon bread and butter rice, and they were simply outstanding. My wife enjoyed several of their dishes and thoroughly loved every bite. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. The restaurant itself has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Overall, Mavi Turkish Restaurant is one of those rare places where the food doesn't need any theatrics—the quality and flavours speak for themselves. If you're looking for authentic, well-prepared Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine in Singapore, served with great hospitality and without any fuss, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
