Had a wonderful meal at Mahmud’s Tandoor! We tried both The OG and the Crispy Chicken (Crispydoori) burger, and both were super flavorful and delicious. My only small wish for the Crispy Chicken would be a bit more sauce or an option on the menu to request extra sauce/mayo to make every bite extra juicy! The Masala Fries were an absolute umami bomb, so addicting and perfectly seasoned. Portion sizes are very generous, to the point where we were way too stuffed and had to take the Popiah (Popiahdoori) home for later! Highly recommended if you’re in Kampong Glam/Haji Lane. Will definitely be back for another round! pro tip: Do not miss the level 3 view of the Mosque, very nice but only in the evening as the afternoon sun wouldnt be a nice experience to eat outside.

Tried Mahmud’s Tandoor and honestly one of the best takeaways I’ve had in Singapore 🔥 Got the Crispadoori burger with loaded fries — crispy tandoori chicken, juicy inside with proper flavour. Loaded fries were heavy and packed with cheese/sauce, proper filling. My wife got the masala loaded fries (small) and even that was a decent portion. Slush of the day was sweet and refreshing, perfect in the heat. Definitely worth it 👍

The fried burger is MIGHTY AWEESOOME! Pros: -Crispydoori burger set; the burger -Crispydoori burger set; the masala fries (yes it does deserves two different, seperate, pros:) ) -the cashier guy super awesome, also the the rest of the staff. Seems like a chill crew.. -nice ambience n seating -strategic location near mosque-arab street -halal -open until 10, if you searching for late night dinner Cons: No cons really A fantastic experience. Will recommend to everyone.

In my opinion, it’s the BEST burger in Singapore! I love the spices used and how juicy the patty is. Both OG Tandoori and Crispydoori are delicious. You must try the slush too!

SO GOOD i can feel my heart stopping (in a v positive way) 😋 The meat was cooked to perfection, tenderly tucked in soft buns with melted cheese and seasoned Masala Fries. Slush it down with a cold cup of Chai Peng and you're simply done for the night. Staff were friendly in explaining the menu to me and my friends as it was our first time visiting. Waiting time was about 10 minutes, and it got busier through the night as we ate, but the lively atmosphere just added to the experience. Would visit here again if i'm ever in Kampong Glam Area, good job guys. (October 2025)
