For a shop that instructs you to wait to be served, the staff aren't up for coming up to the door. Even after entering, the 3 or 4 staff merely looked at you without a word or smile. Quite the welcome I would say. Ordered some tacos and loaded nachos to go. The tacos were pretty good. Ample fillings and individual sliced lime for each taco. At the price charged, the value is decent. The loaded nachos were also pretty good, although the proportion among the various sauce/seasoning leans heavily to avocado. So despite the large serving, there's only enough sauce for about 1/4 of the nachos. It's not a very good dish for takeaway - nachos get soggy, and the cheese solidifies to the box, pulling it off leads to packaging fibre being stuck to the cheese. The avocado in the loaded nachos also came with a sticker for the avocado. Further point to the staff and service, there's a bit of body contact like brushing past or bumps from the staff, but no acknowledgement from the staff.

Amazing food🔥The beef quesadilla is a must try! One of the top places to go to for quality Mexican food in Singapore. I’ve been here a good 3/4 times the quality hasn’t diminished slightly. The only thing that I would say that it was a little hot especially in my work wear it would be nice if it was an enclosed air conditioned place like the first outlet.

The calamari was crisp and chewy, a great appetizer. The loaded nachos came in a huge portion, loaded with guacamole, chicken, pico de gallo and chips, and was really tasty. The baja fish tacos were fresh and had a nice spicy kick to them, though it may be too spicy for those who have a low spice tolerance. The birria beef tacos were fried and had a rich flavour with the crunchy shell and shredded short rib and brisket combining to form a texture and flavour explosion, especially when dipped in the beef consommé. The frozen margarita was really nice too, tart and ice cold with a strong shot of tequila. Service was friendly, with complimentary water provided and food delivered quickly. I do recommend coming early or making a reservation in advance as the place does get quite crowded. Overall a great place for delicious Mexican food!

Huevos was packed when we got there around 7pm. The queue was long, and we waited about 30 minutes on a Saturday. Honestly it was a shorter waiting time compared to the one at New Bahru. The fish tacos were easily the highlight for me. Fresh, flavourful, and something I’d order again. The prawns were great too, and trying soft shell crab tacos for the first time was a nice surprise. The disappointment was the calamari. I was expecting crispy batter with juicy, chewy squid inside, but it came out a little soggy and soft instead. Like it wasn’t served immediately. Space is small. Different vibe from kult yard. But at least I’m not sweating as much compared to kult yard.

Had an amazing experience at Huevos North Bridge! The Mexican food was fresh, flavourful, and packed with authentic taste and spices. Every dish was absolutely satisfying and delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Special thanks to Heidi for her outstanding service, she was warm, attentive, and made the whole dining experience welcoming. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
