Love it here. I dont find any flaw except the room being a bit small. The locaiton is a bit far from MRT but there is bus stop just across the street. The hotel is modern that u need type certain number to get in and using the lift and an 8 digit number to enter the room. It's a bit hassle at first to remember the number but it's ok. Kala is the one who receive us first time arriving. She's fine. No professional smile like those in 5 star hotel but it's ok lah. Lil bit confusion on how to turn on the heater. First day no hot water and we finally figure it out by pressing a switch lol. There is tv but i dont see the remote. If u dont ask the room to be cleaned, u wont get new water bottle and ask the receptionist for that. There is many souvenir shop near hotel. Just walk past the sultan mosque and turn left. Overall it's a good stay for relatively cheaper cost. Will recommend this..

I got what I paid for - a well equipped compact room and en suite which matched the description on their website. The included breakfast was served in the cafe next door. Be prepared for the call to prayer from nearby mosque.

Room is fine for solo travellers. But the smell of smoke is too intense. It is a must to use air-con. My shirt caught a lot of the smoke smell even after my stay in this hotel.Other than that, this hotel is good enough for a night or two stays. Their location around Haji lane,so it is perfect if you want to visit the tourist spots around.

Very disappointing experience. Before arriving (from Kuala Lumpur), I tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp but received no reply, and my calls were not answered. The next day, I called again using another number and was told that an iron was available. I specifically asked in advance so I could prepare if it wasn’t provided. During check-in at 3 PM, I confirmed again and was assured that an iron was available. However, at 11 PM, I was suddenly told that the iron was broken and had already been removed by room service. It’s nonsense !!! for a hotel to only have one iron. What made it worse, the staff suggested that I use a hair dryer instead, which is completely unreasonable. The hair dryer in the room was faulty, and even the replacements given also stopped working after a short time. Overall, this shows very poor communication, lack of preparation, and low service quality. Even the fridge in the room was not cold. I strongly do not recommend staying here. It’s better to spend a bit more on a proper hotel that can provide basic facilities and reliable service. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star !!

The photos on Booking.com are misleading. The rooms are small, dark and barely have room to open a suitcase. The bed was on this elevated platform thing you have to climb upstairs to reach and I knocked my head on ceiling ( I m an average height) Bathrooms was the size of a closet and the only sink was in the room next to the bed. The closet and kitchenette was 2 in one combo where the clothes will hang on top of the water kettle( genius!) There was constant noise of running water , drainage sounds from plumbing at all times. Overall very terrible stay and experience.
