when we dont know where to eat, we always think about fika! one of the first few good halal cafes in sg and glad its still around and still of quality ◡̈ they have a second level too. the beef meatballs are a must order! (feel the portion size has become smaller but) the taste is still good had the baked pasta too which was alright, used the same sauce as meatballs so abit jelak already, but their seafood pasta is good. another always order is the crepes.. super simple but really good. the vanilla ice cream is good too. however the ordering app online was abit slow and laggy, so check with the staff if ur order went thru. our dessert didnt go thru so had to wait a little longer for it.. but we were given a complimentary puff from the sister brand Konditori as they saw we were celebrating fathers day+my dad's bday. service was great and very friendly and consistent from all the staff. thank you very much.

Been wanting to eat at this OG cafe ever since my teenage days and wow I finally had it this week… immediately booked a table once I heard the news of its closure. Sad to say, my opinion of this restaurant is biashe jek……… I think the reason that set me back from visiting the place was its price point. Every time I go online to check out the price, I was baffled. And those price on the menu does not include the ++ charges. I had the beef dish, and my friend had their pasta. We ordered the potato too. To be honest, nothing amazing or spectacular. Maybe that’s just how Swedish food is, never had it besides from IKEA. There wasn’t really anything about the flavour profile of the dish I had that was special. But it was indeed nice and very filling! Could be the amount of protein I had. Whatever it is, I wish them luck and success in their next adventure.

Excellent potatoes in any form: dumplings, pancake(rosti), baked mash on each of our orders! 3 potato dumplings just right for us. Good sweet & savoury combinations on the potato pancake with turkey bacon. Delicious to the palate was the tender plankstek laid centre on a board surrounded by mash potato, baked tomato, asparagus wrap turkey bacon! Correct doneness!! A good way to enjoy the dinner is to share all 3 dishes so that everyone gets a taste of the flavours! O my, i forgot about the lovely warm apple crumble with a very good vanilla ice cream. Yummy!!

We had a lovely dining experience at Fika, which has a warm, cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were seated promptly despite not having made a reservation. The food was enjoyable overall, especially the meatballs. The meatballs were soft and satisfying. Ordering and payment are conveniently done through a QR code at the table. There is an option to leave a tip before payment, although this can be adjusted to zero. The prices are slightly on the higher side, so sharing the dishes may be preferable for smaller eaters. Overall, Fika is a pleasant place for a relaxed meal or special celebration. The combination of comforting food, homely ambience and attentive service made it an enjoyable experience.

I stopped by Fika Swedish Cafe and Bistro and really liked the atmosphere right away. The crusted salmon with herbs stood out for me, and it was the kind of dish I’d happily order again. It’s not the cheapest spot, but the quality makes it feel worth it. I’d come back without hesitation.
