The Original Egglet has become a staple for my kids. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside — and always freshly made. It’s our regular go-to whenever we’re nearby. Highly recommended for families!
View on Googleopen at 8am ,ald 937am told me the pau is not hot ,not ready for sell,is a uncle at Sunday morning, everytime when aunty offday i also very hard to buy something at your stall
View on Google2nd time encounter a grey/silver dyed haired auntie work on every Sunday. Shop listed open at 8am but say 9:30am only start selling. Then today i went there at 10am, shop been left alone for more than 10mins, i’ve waited more than 10 mins as i checked it’s already 10:19am, seeing her minding her own business, slowly walk back to stall with a loft of bread and beverage. Btw, during my wait, there’s been few customers waited along and left before me, u can ask the neighbour stalls.. they noticed the incident and told your customers before me that they have no idea where she went.
View on GoogleExtremely rude service. I bought a Pau and tap on the machine nearby and the middle age lady at 450pm said why u tap the machine ?! It belongs to the pancake the area. ! COME ON the machine are so close to each other. Please have the patience to share and direct customers rather than exclaiming. Approach nicely and don't understand why customers have to be scolded . Worst outlet service among the rest outlets. And I agreed with the rest of comments below.
View on GoogleA very unpleasant experience at Nam Kee Pau Bugis Junction on 20 Oct 2025 around 6:15 PM (you can check who was on duty). Despite the CapitaStar label being displayed, the staff shouted at me and refused to accept my voucher. I stayed calm but was repeatedly publicly humiliated. If vouchers aren’t accepted, don’t display the label. The staff reflects poorly on your brand especially when the company dont look into it seriously.
