Good location at the basement of Bugis Juntion. As usual a very big plate of fish fillet with Curry 🍛🍛 and cabbage with sauce. With good price at $12.90 before GST and service charges.Total cost is $15.47. You need to watch out for the spicy level, they really serious about it. I choose spiciness level 1, it was on point, maybe i shall try their level 2 spicy 🌶️ in the future. The fillet is thick, you can see from the picture, almost half of the size of the normal spoon. And the fish tasted good 👍🏻😊.

If you are craving Japanese curry in Singapore, this is definitely one of the better spots to hit up. I came here for dinner with a group of five, and we all left very satisfied. My Order: Super Monster Curry (Pork Katsu & Yaki Beef) Spiciness: I went with Level 4. For those who really love their chili, Level 4 actually feels quite mild—I’ll definitely be brave enough to opt for Level 5 next time! Highlights: The stars were the curry sauce itself and the egg. The egg was cooked just right, slightly runny without being raw, and adding the mozzarella cheese option made it even better. Mains: The Pork Katsu was above average, though just a tad on the dry side, and the Yaki Beef was decent. The only minor letdown was the rice, which was a bit too soft for my liking. Group Dishes: The rest of the group tried a variety of dishes including the Pork Katsu Curry and the Premium Steak Omelette Curry. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the portions were generous as usual. Everything served to our table was consistently good. Overall Impression: Even with the slightly soft rice, it’s a solid 5-star experience for me. It’s a reliable go-to whenever that Japanese curry craving kicks in.

Was looking for budget meals that are also satisfying and filling, bang-for-buck restaurants and Monster Curry was on the top of the list. Ordered a pork katsu curry meal and added fish fillet and an extra omelette. I was quite shocked when the order arrived. First came the fish fillet, which was good for two people in my opinion. Then came the main event, the katsu curry. The plate was gigantic that I almost choked when the plate was in front of my. The sauce was on one side and the rice, omelette and the tonkatsu on top, with some shredded cabbage and some pickles. I ordered the spice of the curry as level 2, but the spice was not that hot to my liking. The curry sauce was a bit bland in my opinion, compared to curries served in Japan. When i was halfway with my plate, I knew I would not be able to finish this. I asked the staff for some takeaway box and some plastic, which he quickly gave me without any questions. I wasn't able to finish the rice and the omelette, but I was able to takeaway the tonkatsu and the fish fillet. The serving portion is superb. You can order one meal and share it for 2 people already. It's that big. The place was quite loud, given that it is in the basement of a mall at a food court, connected to the exit of the MRT and that it was peak hour (lunch) when i ate. Overall, it was worth the money, especially if you are closely watching your budget. You can share the amount of food in one order for two people. Flavor-wise, you can do with somewhere else.
