Samuel is really knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he recommends. He doesn’t just try to sell products—he takes the time to understand your needs and explains everything clearly, including the benefits and how each product works. What I appreciate most is that he’s honest and never pushy. His recommendations are practical, well thought out, and you can tell he truly believes in the quality of the products he promotes. It makes the whole experience comfortable and trustworthy. If you’re looking for someone reliable who provides great service and recommends genuinely good products, I highly recommend Samuel. Keep up the fantastic work!
View on GoogleAs a Hongkonger, the egg tart is failed. First its served in cold, egg tarts should be stored and kept warm. Secondly the pastry shell is soggy. Not recommended
View on GoogleTried the egg tarts before, not bad. but the milk tea tastes horrible, tastes bitter it’s not bcuz of less sweet but it’s probably due to take out from overnight fridge
View on GoogleBed experience in Bugis outlet. I place an order for a polo bun and an ice milk tea and was charge $7.20. And after that notice that they have a bundle promo which if I top up 80 cent more to get an egg tart. I told the staff if I could get this bundle, her replied is she can’t cancel the transaction! And giving me an attitude face. (Btw it’s India staff) The service is really zzz! When a customer place an order, as a staff should highlight the promo if we wanted it a not. And more over the promo poster was place at the corner and who the hell could see it ! If you guys have this promo, should you educate the staff to ask if we wants it a not.
View on GoogleI had some vouchers for Joy Luck Teahouse and they were sufficient to get me 2 each of their different style of egg tarts. They were decent egg tarts but I wouldn't say they were exceptional. It's not likely that I will purchase them again.
