This was our first visit with my family. Previously, we came during the weekend when it was quite crowded. This time, we decided to visit on a weekday, and it was a much more pleasant experience—fewer diners and a shorter wait for our order. The staff were friendly and explained the estimated waiting time for our pancakes, so we were never left wondering about the delay. When I ordered an ICE-Pistachio Coffee Latte, it arrived a bit late, but the staff apologized and surprised us with a complimentary cup of vanilla ice cream. I wasn’t expecting that, and it really impressed me with the excellent service. My daughter particularly loved the Iced Bear Chocolate, especially when poured over the bear. The Pistachio Pancake and Chocolate Banana are both freshly made, sweet, fluffy, and utterly irresistible. If you are a DBS cardholder, Flipper's Singapore offers a 20% discount on your total bill at all outlets with a minimum spend of S$40 when you pay with a valid DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card. Had a wonderful experience at Flipper’s Bugis! The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. There was a mix-up with our order, but they handled it professionally by replacing it promptly and even treated us to complimentary ice cream for the inconvenience. It was a thoughtful gesture that really showed they care about their customers. We also tried the limited-time Strawberry Crème Brûlée Soufflé for their 10th anniversary, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavours were well-balanced, with the sweetness of the strawberries complementing the rich crème brûlée perfectly, and the soufflé itself was light, fluffy, and beautifully done. Great food, great service, and excellent customer care. We’ll definitely be back!

This was probably our nth visit to Flipper’s, and it never disappoints. In fact, whenever we have friends or family visiting Singapore, Flipper’s is always one of the places we bring them to. The soufflé pancakes were as fluffy and delicious as ever. The mango pancakes were especially good, with plenty of sweet mango chunks and fresh cream. We also had the savoury pancake dish, which was equally enjoyable and a nice change from the sweet options. Also, big thanks to Herbert for the great service. He was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our meal, which made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and still one of our favourite spots in Singapore. 😊🥞🥭

Jun2026. We came here for pancakes after dinner on a Sun eve. The staff was very diligent and nice. We ordered the fresh fruits maple butter cream. The wait was worthwhile. The souffle was eggy and soft, i preferred with maple syrup.
