Stopped by Belle-Ville Pancake Café for a mid-day treat and was greeted by a cozy, casual atmosphere with a touch of Japanese charm. I ordered the Mango Pancakes, and they didn’t disappoint — each layer was airy and soft, almost melt-in-your-mouth, with just the right balance of sweetness from the fresh mango and drizzle of syrup. The scoop of ice cream on the side was a lovely bonus. Service was friendly and efficient, and the café offers a nice spot to sit and people-watch through the large glass windows. Prices are slightly on the higher side for pancakes, but the quality and presentation make it worthwhile. Overall, a satisfying experience — perfect for anyone craving a light, indulgent dessert in town.
View on GoogleCraving for pancake so google upon this place in Bugis junction. It’s a small cafe serving Japanese soufle pancakes. The BLT sandwich is underwhelming in term of size but the ham is surprisingly smoky and nice. The original pancake is soft and fluffy. I prefer the American style pancake
View on GoogleVisited Belle-Ville Pancake Cafe at Bugis Junction around 4pm and was surprised to see that the cafe was almost full. It’s definitely a popular spot for those craving Japanese-style pancakes and a nice cafe break. We ordered: ☕️ Cold Brew Iced Coffee – $7.90 🥞 Millefeuille Pancake (4 pcs) – $8.90 The iced coffee was refreshing and perfect for the hot weather. It was smooth and enjoyable, especially after walking around Bugis. The highlight for us was the pancakes, my daughter really loved them! They were soft, fluffy, and a lovely treat for an afternoon snack. The atmosphere is cozy, but the seating area feels a bit tight when it gets crowded. Despite that, it’s still a nice place to enjoy coffee and pancakes with family. Overall, a good spot for a sweet treat and a relaxing cafe break. Do expect it to be quite busy during peak hours.
View on GoogleHeard about this place and today i come and try it. I order the 2 layers mix berries pancake and just like others review, the pancake is too soft and “wet”. I do not know if this is their style. The waiting time is about 10 minutes as compared to others cafe, it took about 20 minutes but it was very good. So whether you wanna give a try on this cafe, the decision is yours.
View on GoogleVisited Belle-Ville Pancake Cafe at Bugis Junction and had a very satisfying experience overall. The place has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it a nice spot to relax, whether you are there for dessert, brunch, or a casual catch-up. We ordered the Millefeuille Pancake (4 pieces) and the Mixed Berry Pancake (4 pieces), and both were well done. The pancakes were soft, fluffy, and light, with a good balance of sweetness. The Millefeuille pancakes stood out with their delicate layers and creamy texture, pairing nicely with the accompanying sauce without being overly rich. The Mixed Berry pancakes were refreshing, with a pleasant tartness from the berries that helped cut through the sweetness and made the dish feel less heavy. For savory items, we had the double tamago, which was simple yet comforting. The eggs were nicely cooked and complemented the pancakes well, providing a good balance between sweet and savory. We also ordered the banana smoothie and berry smoothie. Both were fresh and smooth, not overly sweet, and tasted like they were made with real fruits rather than artificial syrups. The banana smoothie was creamy and filling, while the berry smoothie had a nice tang and was refreshing, especially after the pancakes. Service was attentive and efficient, and the food was served within a reasonable time despite the cafe being fairly busy. Overall, Belle-Ville Pancake Cafe is a good spot if you are craving Japanese-style pancakes and a relaxed dining experience. Would definitely return to try other items on the menu.
