Extreme crowded at late night There was a long waiting line in front of the store. Guests came and went. The staff was able to coordinate the tables efficiently. The desserts were quickly served. There was no ice in the sweet soups, I needed to explicitly ask for the ice. The mango saga had fresh sweet mango, the soup was not too sweet. I really enjoyed the tourism atmosphere here. Worth the wait
View on GoogleSmall, traditional Asian dessert shop—usually busy, but service is quick and efficient. They offer a wide variety of hot and cold desserts, definitely worth a try. I ordered the durian mango sago—didn’t realize durian has such a strong, sticky texture and very distinct taste. Not for everyone, but still interesting to try at least once. Overall, a fun spot to cool down on a hot day in Singapore.
View on GoogleThe Pulut Hitam with ice cream is so good! The mix between the hot/warm and sticky glutinous rice paste, with the cold and silky ice cream is to die for. Mango sago is refreshing, and always a joy to eat. This is a favourite place for mine to come to, always consistent and reliable. Food is served fast, service is incredibly efficient. Only downside is that on one occasion, the entire street/corridor of the shop had a foul stench of decay…. Ruined the experience that day. Safe to say I will be returning regularly.
View on GoogleThe desserts here are very delicious and really suit my taste. I enjoyed them so much that I ended up coming back four times, which says a lot about the quality. Every visit has been consistent, and the flavors are always satisfying and enjoyable. Although the shop can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, the waiting time is still reasonable and not too long. The service is quite efficient, so things move quickly even when there are many customers. Overall, it is a great place for desserts, with good taste and reliable quality. Despite being busy at times, the experience is still very pleasant, and I will definitely continue coming back.
View on GoogleRather popular dessert place that usually has a short queue in front of the store. We tried the boiled papaya in milk, milk custard with crushed cookie, milk custard with red bean paste and yam paste. All were pretty good for $4-5. Order using a chit sheet and proceed to make payment at the cashier. After which, self collect your dessert from the counter upon your buzzer ringing. Seating was rather tight as our group of four was placed in a corner table.
