Disclaimer: my dining experience may vary from yours. Dinner dated 19 June 2026. Ordered a plate of chicken rice at $6 and it came with a soup. Rice was dry, not oily but flavourful. Chicken meat was tender, but the sauce was heavily seasoned. Soup was also heavily seasoned. Didn't finished it. Condiments like ginger and chill was acceptable. These 2 items were the most outstanding things within my meal session. Portion of meat and rice were considered very good amount for the price. If you like heavily seasoned food, the chicken rice you will like it. For me is another eaten and will be forgotten food.

Ordered at 8:08pm Food arrived 8:18pm There was no queue. And this is for chicken rice. The chicken and veg barely had any sauce. I asked for chilli and the staff found me a condiment tray from another table. There was one teaspoon of chilli left and when I asked if there’s more, she looked at the surrounding empty tables and told me there isn’t. ??? They weren’t in a hurry to close tho?? There were still accepting orders from other people after me. This pair of foreigners placed their order before my food arrived, and when I was about to leave, I overheard the staff asking them what they ordered. Bruh It was my first time here and honestly, had I known it was this bad, I would have walked a bit more to the other chicken rice store. That store has legit chicken rice and even at 9pm++, there’s plenty of chilli. Btw, I didn’t touch the soup at all. There was a fly in it

my preferred chicken rice, not greasy, smooth, tender and delicious chicken. Just luv it since I ate there years ago. :)))

Order fried rice with chicken cubes. I think have lot of msg so i feel thirsty and tongue so feel it. Fried rice was bland and i was expecting it to be better, since they were around for more then a decade. The fish soup noodle order by my other half was much better.

Food are decent, not sure why this place has low reviews. All signature fried rice, seafood noodles and creamy fried chicken are good. They have outdoor comfortable and open seatings. Will come back to try other dishes. Revisits: chicken rice sets are really nice, the chicken soup tastes great, I like the roasted chicken over steamed one.
