Fantastic Food Review: Fook Kin @ Killiney. Absolutely loved my meal at Fook Kin! The signature Char Siew Wanton Mee was tasty pairing with grilled char siew with the perfect balance of lean and fatty meat, caramelised to perfection. The wantons were plump and tasty, served in a flavourful broth that complemented the noodles wonderfully. We also ordered several side dishes, including the crispy fried wantons, long beans with diced dried shrimp, fish dumplings soup, and Thai-style tofu. Every dish was delicious and paired perfectly with the main course. The restaurant has a stylish, modern, and chill décor, making it a great place for casual meals and small group gatherings. If you are a fan of roast meats, Fook Kin is an absolute must-visit. They take traditional roast meats to a whole different level. ​ -​The Char Siew: Absolutely delicious and easily the star of the show! It has the perfect balance of lean meat and fat, giving it a beautiful melt-in-your-mouth texture. The outer layer has a gorgeous, sticky caramelized char that hits all the right sweet and savory notes. -​The Roast Pork (Sio Bak): Also worth a mention—the crackling is incredibly crispy, and the meat stays tender and juicy. ​The Vibe: A cool, modern, and edgy environment that puts a fun twist on the classic local roast meat joint. ​The Verdict: ​The quality of the food is fantastic and completely justifies the price. Service is snappy and efficient, though it does get incredibly crowded during peak dining hours, so do plan to arrive early or make a reservation if you can. ​An elevated comforting classic done right. Really enjoyed this roast meat spot near Orchard 👀 Not a trendy cafe-type place, but the food was surprisingly solid.The caramelized char siew was juicy with a nice smoky char, and the roast pork skin was super crispy 🤤 Duck was tender and paired really well with the plum sauce too. Also didn’t expect the fried rice to be that good — strong wok hei and generous crispy roast pork bits inside 🔥4 of us spent around SGD 89+ including taxes/service, which felt pretty reasonable for the quality. Would definitely come back again when craving roast meats!

Had a great meal at Fook Kin! One of the biggest surprises was their $5 wonton noodles—such great value for money and packed with flavour. The noodles had a nice texture, and the wontons were delicious. The crab omelette was another standout dish. It was fluffy, generously filled, and paired really well with the rest of the meal. Don’t skip dessert! The lychee ice cream was light and refreshing, while the gula melaka ice cream had a rich caramel-like sweetness that wasn’t overpowering. The coconut ice cream was creamy and fragrant, making it the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, tasty food, reasonable prices, and a satisfying dining experience. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu! 🍜🍦

Weekday lunch time visit. Set lunches and promo dishes available. Char siew was surprisingly good . Portion was slightly less than average but still sufficient for moderate appetite customers. Other roasted dishes seems good and lmwould definitely re visit
