The PPP is right next to the playground at the chick place "New Baruh". The cafe has both indoor and outdoor area, we sat at indoor area. In the New year holiday morning, the guests were not so many as we didn't wait for queue. We ordered Salmon+Egg sandwich, Garden salad, Berry toast, Sourdough Scone and coffee. Everything was really taste good and quality, especially the sourdough scone it's served fresh and still warm, quite the best scone I've ever had. Btw the price shown in the menu is not included the 10% svc and GST. I give 4 star as per the pricey concern.
View on GoogleFirst time experiencing coffee omakase and I really enjoyed it. Irfan was very knowledgeable and funny. Amira was very sweet and lovely. It was a 3 course coffee pairing w dessert and each coffee and dessert are curated to complement each other. I learn a lot and really enjoyed myself. Highly recommended to those who love to try out coffeee. I love the clean and elegant ambiance.
View on GoogleCame here for the coffee and some cakes. The black cold brew which is made from Ethiopia Suke Quto is really a good coffee. I like how strong it is, but not bitter and doesn't leave an after taste. We had two cakes, which I think is seasonal, both are very creamy and not exactly suits us. Glad that they serve ice-cream from Creamier for the dogs here, so that our furkid got to enjoy something while we enjoy our food too.
View on GoogleNice place in the New Bahru complex. Coffee tastes great. I had the grilled white fish which had a great taste. My wife had a nice salmon salad which was also nice. Nicely cooked, mushroom and veggies and most importantly a very good sauce. Service unfortunately no 5 star due to wrongly served salad and no cutlery on our table. Was solved properly though but does result in 4 star for service.
View on GoogleI always see this place crowded at PPP every time I come to New Bahru, so I wanted to try it. Honestly, I felt the food we had was just average. The signature pasta was nice, but it wasn’t a wow or particularly special. The steak was good, but the fries were really not good. We also ordered the charred broccoli, and it was disappointing, it was tasteless and not crispy. It’s hard to believe that simple items like fries and charred broccoli could taste bad. So I’m not sure if this place specializes more in drinks like coffee than food. P.S. The miso chocolate was nice, I liked it.
