I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have consistently experienced at your store. The interactions with a particular slim and small female staff member have been unpleasant. Not only one time, so many times. She often appears grumpy and makes customers feel unwelcome. I kindly request that you address this issue to improve the overall customer service at your store or terminate her

I love this bubble tea shop, I really don't care about the service, even though it was good, as long as I get my drink and it tastes good!! twas good. I like the variety in drinks and would recommend the brown sugar pearl fresh milk with mini pearls it's my favorite, the prices are also elite.

The amount of pearls they give is really little compared to other brands. Milk tea tastes okay. Service is pretty fast when there’s no queue. Store looks really old and messy

Each a cup is one of my favourite bbt places but damn, this outlet is a ripoff. Same exact drink, same toppings (pearls, popping boba, fruit jelly) same exact price. Left if from dover outlet, right is from Holland village branch. Really? I mean yes, we drank a little more of the dover cup but that doesn't account for such few toppings??? Plus this has happened like 3 times already... Same outlet. Happens even with delivery and in person purchase
