went to liho at 7+ on weds 20th may. was ignored by the guy even though he saw me many times and he js continued doing other things. i would hv appreaciated a "please wait" or at least a gesture that he sees me ??? super rude saw he had other drinks so i straight out asked him how long for my drink b4 i ordered. Since i was in a rush. if he said more than like 5 mins i would hv not ordered. no he said "3-4mins only" so why not then he only started making my drink 10mins so i only got it ard 12 mins later. if he was a little truthful i would hv js bought it... probs the worst liho outlet ive been to as a regular customer

Went to this outlet at around 5pm and was treated warmly with great customer service from the 2 girls! They were patient with my indecisiveness and recommended me the Winnie The Pooh drink, I bought the osmanthus and the pineapple and it was really good! I would definitely come back again! Even though they were busy with many cups to complete, they managed to multitask and assist me with my needs too! Thank you so much Liho Queensway for creating such a memorable experience! 👍👍👍

After our jogging at the Rail Corridor, we dropped by Queensway, first to dine, then to shop for some jogging gear. We decided to try LiHO TEA @ Queensway Shopping Centre. I ordered my favorite taro flavor and my wife got hers too. Before posting this, I noticed quite a few low reviews, but in our case, everything went smoothly. Ordering was normal, service was fine, and most importantly, the drink itself was really good! 🍠🥤 It definitely satisfied my taro addiction. Will come back again.

even though i’m broke, i would spend my last dollars and cents over here cause their service is unbelievably the best i ever experienced! if i ever have children, i will force them to work here so they can become more like the staff🫦 queens working at Queensway, what a time to be alive❤️ i love liho so much🔥
