The chicken rice is rly good but not worth queueing too long for HAHA maybe go when there is a short-ish queue. Chicken rly is nice regardless of part - no dry bits at all. Rice is extremely fragrant.

Very nice chicken rice with succulent chicken and fragrant rice. The chicken is always tender and never disappoints no matter what cut of meat you take. They only have the $4 option which comes with vegetables but you get to pick bean sprouts or another vegetable. It's a very well balanced meal, couple with the spicy chili that gives a kick when you wolf it down. They also have the ultra rare Fried ginger and spring onion condiment which is hardly found in hawker center based chicken rice stalls, which would elevate the chicken texture. Very good quality too, especially if you compare to Sin Kee

Firstly I was attracted by the rice! So fluffy and loose with a nice aroma. It was so delicious and I can finish it without any chilli or dark sauce. Haha. And for the roast chicken, I requested for breast meat because it’s my favourite part! The plate of tender and juicy meat was drizzled with light soy sauce and sesame oil, enhancing the flavours! Everything including the braised egg was only $4! Will definitely return for more!! Yum!

In my opinion, one of the hidden gems of chicken rice and the highlight of Pasir Panjang Food Centre. Jubilant has been serving up an absolutely delicious plate for past many years and I've always been impressed with the consistency and taste. Besides the excellent value (I'd still come back even if the prices increase by a dollar or two!), the chicken is always very tender, the rice is very fragrant and tasty (imo is a difficult part to nail!), and both their ginger and chilli sauces are always on point. Opens mid-morning and often sells out by lunch. Really highly recommended!
