One of the most unique best Hainanese Herbal Mutton Soups I’ve had in Singapore. The soup is rich, flavourful, and very well-balanced with a wonderful herbal aroma. What makes it special is that there is hardly any strong mutton smell, making it enjoyable even for people who are not usually mutton lovers. The mutton is incredibly tender and falls apart easily, showing that it has been cooked with great care. Every mouthful is satisfying, and the broth is so delicious that I finished every last drop. This is quite different from many other mutton soup stalls in Singapore. The quality, flavour, and tenderness of the meat really stand out. Definitely worth making a trip to Pasir Panjang Food Centre for this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

It's a food centre so there is no air-conditioning. Big office crowd during lunch time so if you have the flexibility, do avoid 12pm to 1pm when it is most crowded. The food was tasty with boiling hot soup. Could be a bit too much for one person, even for the smallest order. Friendly stallholders and the chef was very efficient, and the order was ready in less than 10 mins after ordering. The queue could be long though it clears quite fast. Go have a try!

Stunning is the only word to summarize this mutton soup. As a mutton enthusiast, every element here is a masterpiece, and together in that claypot, they sing in harmony. From the rich yet clean broth to the tender, game-free mutton ribs, the crunch of the wood ear mushrooms, and the tau pok and tau kee that absorbs the flavourful broth - it’s all perfectly elevated by the sharp, tangy chili. This is the kind of delicacy that makes traveling across the island absolutely worth it.

This stall serves a different option of Chinese style mutton soup cooked with fermented bean paste. The soup flavoured with chinese herbs was thick and tasty; partly masking the gameyness of the mutton. This is the type of food that likely you like or you dislike as the flavour is rather strong. The smallest portion was more than enough for one albeit slightly pricey for hawker centre environment. Worth a try if you like mutton soup

Came down all the way from my home 🏠 in Sembawang to Pasir Panjang Food Centre just to eat this herbal mutton soup. Ordered the #1 option Herbal Mutton Soup $14 + $2 for stomach. Love the herbal flavour soup. Herbal flavour just nice, not too strong. The portion a bit big for me so I couldn’t finish it. Female stall owner very friendly.
