Tried umisushi at Alexandra Retail Centre and had a satisfying and filling meal. The gyudon was flavourful with tender beef and a nicely cooked soft egg, while the sushi was fresh and good for a quick Japanese meal. Prices are also quite reasonable for the portion size, making it a decent option for lunch or dinner around the ARC area The outlet itself is clean, simple, and convenient for a quick dine-in meal. I also liked that there was a self-service drinks and condiments station

It's value for $$. Pocket friendly Japanese meals. My first time ordered the fish cutlet kinda bento. It was very tender and fresh + crunchy 😋 Thank you Umi Sushi.

I recently purchased the SG60 fish and chicken bento promotional offer. The meal included three small fish portions and four small pieces of chicken. Despite the signage indicating a policy against single-use utensils, only disposable options were provided. The overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Food is decent at this price. Came at about 5.30pm on Tuesday. Saw the promo deal on display monitor using ShopBack voucher. The male cashier staff cannot use. ShopBack is ShopBack. He said he can only use their cashier to accept payment. (What is he talking about?) 🤔👎 If ShopBack voucher cannot be used, then why is the display so prominently displayed. 👎👎 It only make sense that if the customer is not buying, there will be lesser work to do. Smart move 👍 Beware of grumpy staff. Food is decent. Made me so sick I also don’t feel like taking photo/video. Bad service…

Just a quick takeaway, hence nothing much to review on the service or the atmosphere. The assorted maki is so so (as expected for the price). The tamago is quite nice n acceptable for the price. Giving 3 stars for the food since one is so so n the other is quite nice, hence the food rating is being averaged out.
