Ordered Stir Fried Sliced Fish with Ginger Onion, Braised Chicken with Garlic Cloves Ginger and Basil Leaves, Young Sweet Potato Leaves Sauteed with Sambal Belachan. Food was not bad actually. Chicken was good and tender, fish was also nice, the veggies was okay too. Taste is like normal chinese food. Portion is big also. Price is reasonable. It’s just the service and the staff attitude it’s really needs to be improved. Also foods took very long to arrive, although the place was not full at that time. When we checked the bill there is no service charge and gst. So it make sense that there was no service given at all. Environment was average, when we entered the place inside, whole place smells cumin.
View on GoogleSo chill, good place to eat to beat the queues around NUS Fried rice was decent, meat skewers were good albeit on the smaller side. Appreciate the 1 pork skewer on the house! Will come back again with friends.
View on GoogleThe beef horfun was so salty and oily that I struggled to finish half plate of it. The staff seemed disinterested. They don’t have ice for drinks. No wonder the place was completely empty during lunch time.
View on GoogleWould say that this is a place to head to if you have a big family looking for affordable options that can feed big appetites! The portions were generous, even the rice bowls would come overflowing with rice! The dishes were all well priced given that the quantity of meat in every dish is really big, just look at the photos of the dishes! Compared to most tze char places out there, they definitely do not skim on the servings here! Also, each dish was flavourful with a lot of wok hey taste. However, just note that delicious food tend to be more on the unhealthy side so I would say the flavours also come from the generous amount of oil. Regardless, if you’re rating high on the taste side, this place definitely does a great job 👏 Our recommended dishes here include the beef (beef slices are always soooo tender), chicken in kungpao sauce, tomato egg and the tofu (generous servings of spinach under the tofu not pictured). Service is generally ok, more of a casual dining style. The servers are rather attentive so not to worry about wanting to add on more orders. Drinks are self service which was quite interesting and fuss free. All in all, love this place! Note: dine in earlier before the peak dinner period. Tend to be filled with many students and parking may be further out from the restaurant
View on GoogleLocated along Clementi Road towards west coast highway, this restaurant was highly visible and a public car park was nearby for those who drive. The food were priced competitively and a reasonably big place with round tables. Ordered some cooked food, skewers and noodles. The beef kway teow was nice with wok taste. Overall nice home cooked food and will be back again.
