Many kids here. Staff are nice, maybe because there are machines for ordering and I don’t have to interact with them anymore. The aircon is only cold behind or close to the counter. If you came in to hide from the heat, suggest you stand close to the counter. No 5 stars sorry because this is overpriced. Soon a cup of bubble tea will cost $10….

Immensely DISAPPOINTED that KOI could make such a deadly mistake ! I ordered for 0% drinks but your Chry-Green tea came in sugared !!! It's not the purple rice because the entire drink is uniformly sweetened throughout! I am a diabetic patient who could not take in high levels of sugar! It's an unforgivable mistake showing the couldn't care less attitude of your staff who may be rushing to go home or too happily chatting away during work ! 😠

Wonderful KOI experience here! Simple and smooth, quick ordering and quick service, drinks were perfect as well.

Unique Kinda of cafe joint where alcoholic drinks are available. Amazing how KOI has taken a great step ahead. Cool place to visit but however low tables and stools which doesn't allows u to sit for long hours.

Koi Thé is one of my favourite bubbletea brands. Personally I always order Honey Milk Tea. The balance of the milk and tea is just right with choices in the sugar/honey from 25%-120%, ice level (ex. less ice) bubble level. Also the staff here are really friendly, even towards closing time. Such a great place to return whenever I need my dose of bubbletea!
