Rare niche Filipino (Cebuano) cuisine stall. The soft grilled chicken was marinated with lemongrass-based spice. While grilled chicken is hard to mess up, the lechon is truly something else. Like, how on earth they make the crackling skin *that* crispy, while the meat is still moist and soft. The pork meat was of right lean and fat composition as well. The set meal was accompanied with the refreshing savory and lemon-y soup as the side. Just as many niche cuisines, the meals tend to be on the expensive side ($8-10), presumably some ingredients are harder to find here in SG.

OK food, but not fantastic. Ordered a liempo inasal set, which is some pork with rice, and added an egg. Total was $9.20 ($8 + $1.20). Order through a kiosk, payment by credit card or CDC/SG60 vouchers. Food was quite mediocre, edible but not great. The pork has skin that was very hard and chewy, difficult to swallow. It was also quite fatty. Probably won't patronise again.

I ordered the lechón and grilled chicken. Both were good overall and the flavours were authentic. The lechón was tasty but a bit on the greasy side, and the chicken was slightly dry for my liking. Still a solid experience and worth trying if you’re in the area

Quite a nice place to have lunch. My colleague miss the food, so we grab over to try. I seldom eat so can't really rate, but they said it's about 6.5 out of 10. Won't be back.

First time trying cebu restaurant. I would say it's a unique experience. I think it's quite rare to see such food in Singapore. The lechon meat has got a unique taste. The skin is super crispy. The soup provided is saltish and sourish. One comment is that after chewing the crispy skin for a while, my jaw feels very tired.
