Had a delightful dim sum lunch at Canton Paradise at The Star Vista. The restaurant continues to be a reliable choice for quality Cantonese cuisine and a comfortable dining experience. The Steamed Xiao Long Bao was juicy and flavourful, with a good amount of broth packed into each dumpling. The Crystal Har Gow impressed with its plump prawns and delicate translucent skin, while the Crispy Prawn Rice Rolls offered a satisfying contrast between the crispy filling and silky rice rolls. One of the highlights was definitely the adorable Piggy Custard Buns. They were almost too cute to eat, and the smooth, creamy custard filling made them a crowd favourite. The Hong Kong-style Roast Duck was another standout, featuring crispy, glossy skin and tender meat with a rich roasted aroma. We also enjoyed the Poached Chicken, which was tender and moist, as well as the crispy fried prawn rolls that delivered a nice crunch in every bite. To round off the meal, the traditional brown sugar sponge cake was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. While most dishes were enjoyable and well-executed, a few items felt slightly above average rather than exceptional, and service could have been a little more attentive during the busier periods. Nevertheless, the overall quality, consistency, and variety of dim sum options make this a place worth returning to. A solid choice for family gatherings, weekend brunches, or satisfying a dim sum craving in the west. 👍🥟🦐🦆☕️😋

Canton Paradise, some ATAS fine Chinese dining, somewhere I seldom go to because it says paradise=expensive. Anyway my Queen’s friend have some vouchers so we used it and split the rest, turns out it wasn’t as costly as I thought it would be! Super value for money after all the discounts. The food we had was appetisers mushrooms, some pu er tea, my favourite char siew noodles, roasted duck and roasted pork, salted creamy piggy bun that supposed to send yellow mucus out its nose (they came out from other holes which we were caught off guard), rice rolls char siew, red oil dumplings, pork porridge, shanghai fried rice? And charcoal crispy skin egg tarts!

Celebrate National Day with double the savings! Paradise Group's National Day promotion lets you purchase two e-vouchers at just S$6.10 + GST each, with every voucher redeemable for your choice of one of Paradise's signature dishes. I redeemed one at Canton Paradise for their Crispy Roasted Irish Fat Duck (Regular), which is worth S$21.80. The duck had crispy skin, tender meat, and was definitely a worthwhile redemption. To complete the meal, I also ordered the Pan-Fried Radish Cake (S$6.60) and the Jumbo Prawn Wanton Noodle (S$12.90). The radish cake was nicely pan-fried with a crisp exterior, while the springy noodles paired well with plump prawn wantons. If you are dining at Paradise Group this National Day, this promotion is a great way to enjoy one of their signature dishes at a fantastic value.

V disappointed. Milk tea is too sweet! No option to self add, we prefer zero sugar in milk tea. Noodles is over cooked. Green chilis pickle is too sour. Need improvement.
