Just had lunch here at NUHS. Not much queue at 11:30am. Food was okay, ate the special chicken set for 2. Didn’t look as appetizing as the ad but tasted ok. The seasonings were nice. The dessert was surprisingly generous. Would have been perfect if the ice was a little more fine. Plain rice was $1.50 a little ex and dry. Probably the rice dishes (eg baked rice or something with sauce) would have been better.

Worst seafood hor fun i have ever eaten. Hor fun was so tough and tasteless and even tasted burnt. 2 slices of fish, 2 crab sticks that tasted stale, 4 small mushrooms and 2 prawns.

I had some lackluster toast but I was gently reminded by my brother that Xin Wang doesn't specialise in the food I often order. Their non-dim sum mains were what we enjoyed from visits in past years, when Xin Wang was still in the west. Both my visits this time happen during my mum's medical appointments, so both are breakfast sets. I don't think you can go wrong with their congee and bee hoon, so go for that if you are here for breakfast.

Nice and peaceful place to relax after work since it’s usually not too crowded. The food is not bad as well and there are many options to choose from. I personally like the papaya bihun soup and order it quite often. If you’re okay with having papaya in your soup and bihun, it’s quite nice. The soup has a light, naturally sweet taste.

Went here for dinner and shared a few dishes. Vermicelli claypot with pork ribs was very nice. Quite a big amount (tbf not cheap either) of both noodles and meat. It was well seasoned and the meat was juicy and tender. Also had a few dim sum. Char siew bun was nice but tasted a bit.. normal iyk. Roasted duck bun was nice and the glutinous rice was p good too. Overall good spot for dinner.
