Because of the poor service attitudes given by the 2 chinese male staff, the overall rating is a 2! I patronize Poke Theory frequently and by far the service staff here in Kent Ridge is below bar. I am only referring to the 2 chinese male staff. I entered the premise with zero customer. 1 of the staff was doing washing while the other one was standing at the counter looking at phone or some other device, but definitely not a grab/panda device.. He seemed engrossed. I gave him some time and approached him to say I am ready to order. He pointed to the right side indicating that I should go there. I went and waited. No one came. After awhile the one that was doing washing came to take my order; not in a pleasant manner probably cause he was interrupted halfway through the washing. I proceed to pay and was taken by surprise when I see both the staff smiling so politely and happily when they see a young lady walking towards the counter (I presumed she is their regular). Anyway this review serves as a reminder that all customers should be served the same. There should not be a double standard. I really hope the management can look into this and bring this message across to your staff if you agree in my point. Your food is nice but it definitely do not taste good because of the treatment I received from your service staff.

Ordered delivery bowls last week and the Ginger Chica one is such a disappointment. They forgot the avocado and sushi rice... Also the salad is somehow drenched in oil. I can understand there is the ginger dressing, but to this extent i don't even know if it's healthy any more. Then finally their internal survey system is useless. Relayed the situation to them twice and never heard back anything. What's the point of having such system if you won't even address anything. Quite a disappointment

I’ve ordered the poke bowl here many times, and it has never disappointed. I also really enjoy the açai, always fresh and satisfying. Service has been great most of the time, making it a consistently pleasant experience.

Food is good and I like it but service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Went on 30 July around 1.30pm. The lady serving me. Me: I want beansprouts She: no more, what else? Me: broccoli She: no more, what else? Me: *picked next item* She: what else? Me: *picked next ingredient* She: what else? . . . And she “what else” all the way until I finished my selection. 😮‍💨
