Early morning... Aunty quite rude even though i already said what I want and pointed to it twice. Only bought from here occasionally when I'm rushing. Gave extra 1 star becos bread is decent.

The waffle is always crispy and good. Long waiting time though and staff not friendly. The cream cheese is very nice and with the Oreo flakes.

I bought two cheesecakes here, and my family said they were delicious. The quality is definitely on par with a famous Japanese bakery in Singapore, but much cheaper. The bread here isn't cheap, but the cakes offer great value for money. The staff's attitude isn't particularly good—just about average by Singapore standards.

Peak hour but aunties were standing around treating customers as if invisible. Mind you some previous customer’s cash payments were still left on their glass display while they ignored us. Bread was edible at best. Price increased but not in tandem with both quantity and quality of ingredients and customer service. Even when they are the only bread shop around, there are better choices in the vicinity such as Mr. Bean, etc.

Staff will make others orders first even though you ordered earlier than them. Waffle is good, but does that justify the unfriendly staff? Probably not
