Ordered the indomie cabe ijo (green chilli) but was given the indomie mala flavour. Ate it anyways as it was a takeaway order and I only realised that they had given me the wrong flavour when I had walked back to the office. Food is decent but you should be getting what you paid for. Hope they can improve on this! Update: I contacted the customer service number at the bottom of the receipt and they offered me a replacement meal for redemption within 7 days. Reply was prompt and helpful!

Crave Nasi Lemak at NUH is decent, but service was slow during our busy weekend visit with only one person working. It’ll be helpful to have another person. The nice lady worked hard to keep the demand. Food was okay, nothing special. The separate dining area is a plus, making it more comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. Overall, it was an ok place to visit

Pretty good experience overall. Generous portions, tasty sambal and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The beef rendang was a bit different from what I’m used to, but still very flavorful. Chicken cutlet wasn't that special. The only downsides were that some of the food had cooled down (which is understandable since the dishes are pre-prepared) and that it was served on disposable plastic plates...There’s already enough plastic in the world. Still a positive visit overall!

Ordered nasi lemak ayam berempah. Rice was nice. Typical sides like eggs, ikan billis, peanuts, cucumber. Ayam berempah felt a bit over fried. Tasted quite okay otherwise. Really sinful meal. Also crave yall gotta work on your website.... Why is it full of ads 🥲 just wanted to double check the menu for spelling and it took me really long to navigate. Not a very pleasant experience for a brand that has so many branches across SG~

Very rude staff. There was no queue but they do not allow me to order (maybe cos I was in mask?) at the cashier. Insist I go to self check out. The female staff asked what the couple behind after me wants n take their order. I asked what about staff discount? The male showed me to a code on the table top n asked for my staff pass (he is not wrong) though I was in uniform. I ordered a noodle dish and there was no option in the self check out to omit certain stuff, I went tell the staff, she seem impatient.
