+ This food court is the only cheap place for lunch in Science Park 1. The cluster of restaurantt at the entrance to Science Park 1 are too expensive and cater to a different expat crowd. + Range and price wise is ok. Prices for chicken rice/noodles start from a very affordable $4, cheaper than some coffeeshop stalls nowadays. - Can be extremely crowded with 15-20 pax queue by 11.45am. - Carpark used to be free for other Science Park 1 and 2 season parking holders, but this seems to be no longer the case since Jan 2025. Limited sheltered lots available, though more unsheltered ones available.

This is the same hawker that ran the business for the longest time at the National University Hospital basement canteen before it closed and was repurposed by NUH for infrastructure development. The same happy, cheerful crew runs this business, now located in the basement food court of Cintech I. The food court is called Best Bites. They also serve noodle dishes like wanton mee which tends to be more of a breakfast favorite. Open for business early to catch the breakfast and lunch crowds and then closed for the day around 2pm. The food is as good as it's always been, flavorful rice, with a clean loose texture, no clumps, and tender juicy chicken.

Decent plate of wanton mee, chicken rice & duck noodles. Chicken rice has finally increased price from $4 to $4.50, but kudos to store owners for tanking so long.
