Despite being empty with plenty of seating, the food quality didn't justify the calories. With a hawker centre conveniently located across the car park, I expected more competitive pricing and quality, but was disappointed. This spot is sufficient if you're just after coffee or tea.

Not only dimsum but 燒臘 roast duck / meat / chicken is recommended with wonton noodles. Best combi-portion too. Service wise really depends on moods

Chanced upon this HK dim sum restaurant. Opened in 2020. Not bad tasting but paying restaurant prices for coffee shop atmosphere isn’t exactly affordable. Having said that dim sum is better than Kimly etc. Just not as good as your regular dim sum restaurant.

Coffeeshop beverages station run by few ladies have good dispositions and customer service oriented Pricing for the coffee is unbelievably only $0.10 more than the food centre across it They have over the years perfected a good brew for coffee and tea which was impressive to win me over. Food prices was also pleasantly affordable. Roast pork/duck joint was the draw for me to patronise this joint The roti prata stall also offers quality pan fried pratas and the fish gravy was delightfully fresh and palatable. Overall experience dining here was beyond normal description.

Definitely one of the worst milo drink I ever had. Bland and tasteless with barely any taste of milo. Dont waste your money here and go to the market instead.
