I had a wonderful dining experience at Jack’s Place at Anchorpoint. A heartfelt thank you to Uncle Jimmy and Sister Alice for their outstanding service. They genuinely checked in on me throughout my meal, making sure everything was to my liking. Sister Alice even thoughtfully offered me extra sauce for my hot plate steak without me having to ask. It’s these little gestures that make such a big difference. What touched me most was the sincerity of their hospitality. They made me feel at home rather than just another customer. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care are what truly make this place special and give it that authentic local charm. This is probably their flagship store with the highest standard. I rarely give five stars review but I think this restaurant fully deserved the recognition. Money well spent and a fulfilling meal. Keep it up!

Dining at Jack’s Place is always an enjoyable experience. I believe it is the cozy seating and tables which are spaced well apart from each other, giving us a semi private dining environment. Food wise is pretty decent, the menu options are extensive and I liked the steak which which came with some escargots on top. Food was served very fast too, within 10mins of us ordering. Service staff was attentive and experienced.

Old school western food. They have a good variety of food choices. They offer value for money in house promotions. Food portions are filling too. Staff are friendly and attentive.
