I would like to give a special compliment to Sheau Sing from PUTIEN Geneo branch for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. We have visited PUTIEN many times, but our experience at this outlet was made especially memorable because of Sheau Sing. She was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our meal. Her warm and friendly manner made us feel less like customers and more like we were dining with a familiar friend. It is rare to come across someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued through such natural and sincere service. Sheau Sing’s hospitality truly stood out and added a wonderful personal touch to our dining experience. Please convey our appreciation to her. She is certainly a great asset to the Geneo team, and we look forward to returning again!

Wonderful place for affordable extra nice meals. The pig's blood is so good, and after all these years of deprivation! All the food is fresh and delicious. And for the second time, we were waited on by Ah Yong, who impressed with his warm and sensitive service. And there is discount via Grab Dine-out to boot. Plenty of carpark space and comfortable and spacious outdoor and indoor seating. Putien has hit on a magic formula here.

Finally got to dine-in at this outlet. Luckily this outlet also had a standard. Each ordered dish was delicious. And thks goodness that this eatery had changed back from red mushroom lor mee to original color lor mee 🙏

Fantastic food and service here. Special shoutout to Ziwei, & the floor manager and the team here. They always ensure that our food is served on point and our tea are refilled. Enjoy the special dish comeback of pig blood on their menu. Hopefully this dish can stay in their permanent menu. Thank you for the wonderful service and food.

Had an excellent dining experience here! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal, making us feel well taken care of, especially Xiao Shin! Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back again!
