I stumbled onto Canopy HortPark completely by accident, and it turned out to be the most delightful surprise of my entire trip! If you love beautiful, design-forward spaces with powerful air conditioning and lush greenery, this indoor glasshouse café is an absolute must-visit. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and spacious, making it the perfect spot to escape the Singapore heat and just unwind. The food was fantastic and hit the spot perfectly. I ordered the crispy calamari and the seared salmon, and both were cooked beautifully, fresh, and offered incredible value for money compared to upscale restaurants nearby. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the world-class hospitality from the team. The service here is unmatched: Marissa gave me the warmest greeting the moment I stepped inside and was incredibly sweet and accommodating when helping me take some photos around the gorgeous plant decor. Shiva went completely above and beyond. He kept my ice water topped up without me even asking, gave me plenty of comfortable space to relax in peace, and completely surprised me with a delicious vanilla ice cream on the house! I felt so incredibly welcome and never once felt rushed. It is the perfect, linger-friendly environment. I will definitely be returning to Canopy on my next trip. Thank you to the wonderful team for an unforgettable evening! 🤩🤩🤩

Took my parents here for brunch on a Sunday. We had the hotdog on French toast, the fried chicken and the chilli crab spaghetti. Food was pretty good. They enjoyed it. Place was not crowded so it was a very pleasant atmosphere. Lots of parking spaces available too. Service staff were really friendly and kind. She suggested we take a table away from the window as it would get hotter and the aircon was not very strong that day.

The restaurant was right near the Hort Park office — cozy ambience, nice decor, and super friendly staff 😊 We had brunch withthe chicken scrambled eggs, garlic toast was crispy & fragrant, chicken strips were tasty, eggs were fluffy, and roasted potatoes 🥔 were perfect. Sauted prawn was savory & fresh seafood taste. We also received complimentary black coffee ☕ & ice water too. Chill spot for a relaxed brunch.

Came to this place as part of a business team dinner on a weekday evening. Upon arrival have to say the scenery is pretty nice and the place looks quiet and peaceful, would think it's probably more apt to come here for a meal and chill on a weekend brunch after a hike or a jog around the area. The place was really quiet throughout the night. Other than the main table of us for about 15 people, they only served another pair in another table. It just felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Since there were quite a lot of us, we ordered quite a bit. First we started off with a few bottles of wine then we ordered food. The menu was supposed to be decent but there were quite a number of items which were unavailable, which was what I initially wanted to order, like the mushroom soup, seafood sambal pasta and the apple crumble, all the supposedly more appealing dishes for me in the menu. Ordered the starters to share and individually ordered a main each. The starters were decent in general but not fantastic, however the fried mushroom dish stood out among the rest and those who tried liked it. I got the crabmeat aglio olio and was quite disappointed with it. My friend ordered the same but it wasn't consistent. His had wetness to it and it was okay while mine was totally dry and I found it too dry for my liking. The crab also didn't look fresh there was a stench to it. Had a try of other dishes and thought probably the best of the mains we got was the pan seared smoked duck. Since there was only one dessert left on the menu, we ordered the chocolate lava cake and it was pretty decent. Overall was very filling cause we over ordered, but we all felt the food had hits and misses so it's probably very average. Price wise the mains are quite reasonable it's all in the 20s range but some of the salads and starters are on the expensive end.

Great place to hangout with friends and family. Food was okay but pricy. Staff were friendly and professional. However, they took extremely long to serve our food. Furthermore, the food was not served together ie, one person fished their food while others were not yet served. It’s really awkward! The restaurant was quite noisy due to the background music and noise reflected by customers laughter and chats.
