Visited the açaí shop at Holland Village after lunch. It was quiet with not many people around, which made it a nice spot to relax. The service was a little slow, but that’s because each bowl is made fresh on the spot — and it shows, because the presentation was really pretty! This was my first time having açaí, and I truly enjoyed it. Not too sweet, very refreshing, and topped with lots of fresh fruit and crunchy nuts. A perfect cooling treat for the hot afternoon. Price is a little on the higher side, but overall, it was a delightful and satisfying experience. Will we come back again? Yes

The açai bowl was decent. Good value for money. The fruits are fresh and it’s really nice to quench your thirst for açai. However, what made this place brilliant is the ambience. Comfortable seating with soft pillows. Nice choice of music in the background. You can sit here alone while scrolling the phone or just chill with your friends. A mini oasis amidst the tropical heat of Singapore. The cold açai bowl and relaxing environment put your mind at ease before resuming the journey to elsewhere.

My go-to açai place, but disappointed this time Project Açai at Holland Village has always been my favourite spot for a refreshing bowl, and I’ve been a frequent customer for quite some time. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me quite disappointed. I ordered an açai bowl for takeout, and upon having it, I discovered a long strand of curly hair inside. I reached out to their customer service via email, expecting at least an apology or acknowledgment, but instead, I was only asked for the date and time of my order. The response felt very nonchalant, as if the concern wasn’t taken seriously. For a brand I’ve always trusted for quality and hygiene, this was disheartening. I hope they take customer feedback more seriously and ensure proper hygiene checks so loyal customers like me can continue enjoying their açai with confidence.
