A wonderful way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. The fantastic selection of grilled dishes paired with an excellent free-flow alcohol package made for a truly enjoyable dining experience and great value. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding, and the free-flow spirits perfectly complemented the meal. The warm hospitality and attentive service from Jazzy elevated the experience even further, making the afternoon lunch complete. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, indulge, and enjoy great food, drinks, and exceptional service.

Excellent food and service by the team. Special mention to Julie who shares her expertise in hospitality, she took care of our table and always checking on us. Compliment to Louis who made arrangement for our reservation and made sure that we will be taken care of. Credits to the chefs food is amazingly good especially the Chilli Tiger Prawn…so yummy and we finish our dinner with Spiced Rum Pineapple, best dessert I had.(=

If you're looking for a lunch that celebrates the magic of wood fire cooking, Fireplace at One Holland Village deserves a spot on your list. It's per friendly too! We went for their all you can eat brunch and every dish that arrived at the table made us eager for the next. The roasted Hispi cabbage completely stole the show. Beautifully charred on the outside, it retained a tender natural sweetness within. Smothered in a velvety truffle and cabbage mash sauce, every bite was earthy, rich, and absolutely irresistible. It's one of those dishes that makes you forget you're eating vegetables. The 6 hour wood fired pork belly was another standout. The layers of meat and fat were so tender they simply melted the moment they touched our tongues. Yet it still retained perfectly crisp crackling on top and beautifully seasoned lean meat underneath, creating an incredible balance of textures in every bite. Even the citrus tea was memorable. Served in a glass that looked almost like beer, it surprised us with its light, fragrant citrus aroma and gentle tang. It was wonderfully refreshing and the perfect palate cleanser before diving into the next round of meats. A special thank you to Louis, the restaurant manager, whose warm hospitality elevated the entire experience. He thoughtfully recommended the restaurant's signature dishes, checked in regularly throughout our meal, and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed every course. That level of attentive service made us feel incredibly well looked after. Great food can fill your stomach, but genuine hospitality makes you want to return. Fireplace delivered both, and we left already planning our next visit.

Visited on valentines day with my beloved partner. Food was good, best is the pork belly and we regret not ordering the 300g version. Truffle mac and cheese is also great, good size to share and not overwhelming. Sakura lime chicken is mid, while lamb roll is good with the sauce to reduce the gamey taste. Coconut vanilla rum ice cream was delicious but no rum taste, still neat. Best to get reservations as the aircon area is limited. Staff was polite, helpful and attentive. Overall a nice place for couple dinner or family.
