I would like to compliment the atitude and service level of Manager Pei Si from Holland outlet. I called to complaint about an order taken from Clementi mall outlet, E fu noodles that was beyond my acceptance of saltiness and I have to threw away. Clementi Outlet denied is from them and referred to talk to Holland outlet instead. Pei Si, the manager from Holland Outlet was very helpful, not only she apologised for Clementi Outlet, but also offer to replace the noodles within 30 mins even though this disaster dish was not from Holland outlet. Pei Si even called to ensure the replacement delivery is received. NOW This is what I called a responsible manager and good customer service, I gave her a thumbs up and 5 stars service for her quick response and altitude! I will certainly go back to Holland outlet in future.💯👏👏👏 Keep it up, Pei Si, I'm very satisfied with your service

We took away the meat platter for Chinese New Year reunion dinner. The taste of the roast pork was not fresh. All the chicken meat was breast meat and tasted very salty. the jelly fish tasted bad. It was not acceptable for the price paid. On top of that, they demanded that we pick it up at 2pm, when it was for a dinner. Do not recommend anyone to get this meat platter from this outlet.

We ordered quite a few dishes for lunch, and all of them were delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our meal. What can I say? There’s really nothing much to add other than good things about this restaurant. The food, service, and overall experience were all very satisfying. My only wish is that they could provide hot or cold refillable water instead of only offering bottled water on the menu. It would be a small but appreciated improvement.

Had a satisfying dinner at Crystal Jade it’s a convenient spot surrounded by plenty of other cafes and shops, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Great for dining with friends or family, the atmosphere is casual and comfortable, perfect for catching up over food. If you’re looking for a dependable and enjoyable Chinese dinner, this is definitely a solid pick!

Sautéed beef with leek and crispy sliced garlic ($26.80 for regular) - Not bad. Peking sweet and sour pork chop with lychee ($19.80 for regular) - Good. Crystal Jade signature pork belly ($26.80 for regular) - Excellent. Fried rice with shrimp ($18.80 for regular) - Good.
