Great value and excellent service! Had lunch at Black Pearl, Holland Village, and ordered two Ribeye Steak Set Lunches at $36 each. The steak quality and doneness were good and met our expectations at this price point. The desserts were delicious and beautifully presented. What impressed us most was the excellent service from Tshering and Choden. Both were friendly, attentive and polite, and they checked on us regularly throughout the meal to make sure everything was fine. For what we paid, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Great value, good food and excellent service — definitely a place worth trying!

Really enjoyed the food here! The steak, tiger prawn capellini, and oysters were all delicious, and everything was nicely prepared. The service was also excellent — Tshering was especially friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing food and service. A dinner ribble 4 course costs 65++ for dinner..not sure where else you can find it. It is on a Tuesday though so better ask in advance! Easily costs north of 100 elsewhere. Juicy piece of meat i had, very evenly done. Could not ask for more. Truffle fries and brocoli are add on but you can skip that if you are a small eater. You will struggle to finish!

I booked this place to celebrate my bestie’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was chill, cozy, and perfect for a special gathering. The food was great—everything we had was enjoyable! What really made the experience even better was the service. A special shoutout to Tshering, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. Her warm personality truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. We had such a wonderful time here, and it made the celebration even more memorable. Definitely a place I would come back to again!

Celebrated my husband’s birthday over lunch and had a wonderful time! Black Pearl’s setting is quiet and relaxing, Tshering has a great smile and sweet voice. She was very pleasant, attentive and always around to check in and see if we had everything we needed. We also had a nice chat with Choden about Bhutan and she also served with a great smile. The lunch sets were all exciting, and the oysters by the dozen was also very good. The ribeye was plump and juicy and cooked very well with a nice char. The creme brûlée was also really good. Tshering surprised us with a birthday chocolate lava cake and gladly offered to take pics for us, both before we started our meal and when she lighted the birthday candle. That’s very sweet of her. Would highly recommend dining at Black Pearl Steakhouse! We know we will be back!
