I have dessert here almost every time I come to this mall. My favourite things are Hei 黑 chocolate ice cream, their cakes, the hot chocolate on tap. Their selection of chocolates is great too, especially as gifts. Their metal boxes are useful for my sewing table.

Nicely air conditioned and pet friendly, this branch provides a welcome respite amidst the outdoor alfresco seats that most other restaurants restrict pet owners to. Standards of chocolate drink is consistent with the other branches. There are sufficient tables and chairs though there is also ample space for pets to be brought in via strollers.

Late night sugar fix. Neutral ambience, with a usual nice coffee and desserts. Can hang around after a good dinner for a wrap up. Just a lil understaffed but still staff tried his best to accommodate the customers.

The Hei ice cream is rich and chocolatey - worth the $6.80 price tag. However, service was slow and the coffee (both of us had a long black and a flat white) tasted burnt. Even the milk in the flat white failed to rescue it. For some reason, both our coffees came at separate times, with the flat white - which takes longer to prepare due to the addition of milk - arriving /first/. If you come here, come for the premade goods like ice cream and cakes. I cannot recommend the coffee.

I came in a few minutes before it was closing and the staff were very welcoming. Props to Umi and Nyla as they were still very kind and nice to welcome us in and serve us. They even answered questions that we had about their chocolates, cakes. I’m happy I came in for a sweet dessert to the right place before I went home for the day.
