FairPrice Ghim Moh Link: A clean and well-organized neighborhood staple. This FairPrice is neatly tucked into the residential apartment building. While the store area is a bit small, it is very clean and well-organized. I found a great variety of goods that met all my needs, and the prices were very reasonable. The Checkout Experience: I liked that they offer both options for checking out. There are self-payment kiosks for a quick exit, but they also still provide manual cashiers for those who prefer traditional service. The Verdict: It is a perfect spot for daily essentials. Even though the space is compact, it is efficient and very convenient for the local community!

The billing is fast and there is not an item which you dont get here for your daily house hold needs . One caution need to exercise ( i am being a vegetarian) look at the contents , as i bought a pack of roasted nuts which had fish oil in the content

Like all Fairprice stores, the place is filled to rafters with goods, foodstuffs, groceries, and browsing customers. Like all Fairprice, the onus is for customers to pay via Self-service kiosk. Yes, even a distinctly neighborhood outlet with hardly much foot falls. Nevermind. Technology triumphs. Given the additional CNY offerings, thr aisles are barely passable. Saw a hapless FDW trying to wheelchair an elderly through. And this is near the entrance. Trying to pay DIY posed a different challenge. Only one woman to handle queries and provide assistance for four kiosks. And only one cashier for conventional payment. Sigh. Some things will never change

I’d like to commend two amazing staff members at NTUC FairPrice Ghim Moh – Sharon and Hai Yan. They’ve both been working here for 7 years, and their service has always been exceptional. Every time I shop at this outlet, they’re incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly. They take the time to assist customers, even when the store is busy, and they always do it with a smile. It’s clear they genuinely care and take pride in their work. Their dedication and warmth make a real difference. Sharon and Hai Yan create such a pleasant shopping experience, and they truly embody excellent customer service. Thank you both for your outstanding work!
