Tried it again in NUS fine food canteen. Their bubble tea is nice. I had mango yogurt, oolong tea, milk tea and coconut shake. Decent taste, affordable price, cute packaging.

Drinks are okay, but customer service is a 0/10 for the outlet in NUS. Needed a straw because I forgot to bring my reusable straw. Went back to ask for a straw and the lady at the stall said "no, no straw for you". Went I tried to explain that i already have a cup of drink from nanopartea and just needed a straw, she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and cut me off and said "then bring your old straw for an exchange". What terrible service?! If she even bothered to let me finish my sentence she would have realised I don't even have an old straw to exchange. Besides, her tone was rude and she didn't even bother to look me in the eye. Definitely a 0/10 service. Appalling.

Bought a drink today and the taste was good. Giving this review 2 stars due to the can’t-be-bothered attitude from the lady taking the order. She looked so done with the job and spoke in a monotone manner. When I stated my order, she went “Huh?!” (looked like she wanted to beat me up or smth hahaha), and so I repeated my order. I mean, I don’t mind repeating my order, but she didn’t have to react in that way. Or I might be over-exaggerating (I had been anticipating this day to drink nano, so this dampened my spirits a little). She looked impatient too, when I was making my payment. Whew, this is one long review. This isn’t gonna stop me from buying Nano partea from this or any other branch, because I really like their drinks, but I just thought I’d point out this lady’s behaviour today. I tried the Pure Tea - Green Tea. The tea itself is fragrant and is quite strong. The grass jelly topping is only slightly sweetener, and pairs well with the unsweetened tea. Note that this store is located inside the Fine Food canteen at NUS.
